3. Distributor is purchasing material from his mobile.

4. Distributor is arranging delivery at his cost or Company is providing material at the doorstep of distributor at extra cost.

5. Distributor is arranging paid labour for unloading.

6. Sale is carried out as per distributor’s system.

7. Distributor is transferring bill amount into comapny’s bank account for maintaining advance deposit.

8. Distributor is reporting feedback to company.
